| Follow the New Jersey Turnpike South to the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Take Exit 286 (old exit #21) off the Pennsylvania Turnpike, and turn left onto Route 222 South. Follow Route 222 South to the Brownstown Exit, and turn right at the bottom of the ramp. Follow Route 772 North/West for 500 feet. At traffic light, turn right onto 272 North. Go 500 feet. Make a right on Church Street. Make next left on West Metzler Road. Go one mile. At small trailer court, bear left. This is still West Metzler Road. The Hertzog Homestead B and B is one half mile on your right.

| From Washington Beltway. Take 95 North to 695 West (Baltimore Beltway). This is a left hand exit. Take Route 83 North to York. Take the Route 30 East Exit to Route 222 North to the Brownstown Exit, and turn right at the bottom of the ramp. Follow Route 772 North/West for 500 feet. At traffic light, turn right onto 272 North. Go 500 feet. Make a right on Church Street. Make next left on West Metzler Road. Go one mile. At small trailer court, bear left. This is still West Metzler Road.
